History

May 2022: AMTS Founded in Shanghai

Anbono (Shanghai) Marine Technical Service Co., Ltd. (AMTS) was founded in Shanghai by Ms. Liu Shanshan, a graduate of Anhui Normal University's School of Foreign Languages. Based in the international shipping center, the company is positioned as a comprehensive supplier of marine spare parts, stores and provisions, with a team of senior marine engineers, international procurement and multilingual customer service, initially serving ocean-going shipowners and ship management companies.

June 2022: Marine Spare Parts Service Established

In the month following its founding, the company officially established marine spare parts supply as its core business line, covering main engines, auxiliary engines, purifiers, air compressors, marine pumps, boilers and incinerators, motors and fans, and other full-ship engine room and deck spare parts. A dual-channel procurement system of OEM and quality suppliers was built, and the first order for the first shipowner customer was delivered.

October 2022: Marine Provisions Project Launched

In response to the need for crew provisions during long voyages of ocean-going vessels, the company launched the marine provisions supply project, establishing frozen, chilled and dry goods classification standards and multi-port supply capabilities, covering Shanghai, Ningbo, Zhoushan, Qingdao, Dalian, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin and other major domestic ports, as well as international ports such as Singapore, Busan and Hong Kong.

October 2023: Imported Spare Parts Customs Clearance Business Established

To address the timeliness and compliance challenges of imported marine spare parts clearance, the company officially set up an imported spare parts customs clearance business line, formed a professional customs team, and established an efficient coordination mechanism with customs, inspection and quarantine, and freight forwarders, providing full-process services including HS code classification, tax calculation, document review, and port inspection, eliminating smuggling and misdeclaration risks.
