Project Background
In 2025, the global shipping industry entered a new round of peak spare parts demand, and fleets raised higher requirements for procurement channel integration, customs clearance timeliness and overseas port delivery capability. AMTS has built a service network covering 8 major Chinese customs clearance ports and 6+ overseas supply ports, providing integrated solutions for spare parts, stores, provisions and clearance.
Key Challenges
Global fleet operations face four pain points: scattered spare parts procurement channels making unified management and cost reduction difficult; unstable customs clearance timeliness affecting ship schedules; weak overseas port delivery with insufficient local resources; high multi-port coordination cost and poor order visibility.
Solution
AMTS integrated a spare parts + stores + provisions + clearance one-stop solution: first, unified spare parts supply relying on stable procurement channels and inventory systems; second, fast customs clearance at 8 major Chinese ports including Qingdao, Shanghai and Guangzhou; third, localized delivery at overseas ports such as Egypt, India, Iran, Nigeria, Singapore and Rotterdam; fourth, full-process order tracking and multi-port coordination.
Project Result
Fast customs clearance with reasonable prices, on-time overseas port delivery, full-process order visibility and control, AMTS became a long-term stable partner of multiple global fleets, with service capabilities widely recognized.
